How can I get a SuperPass?

The ArtsinStark SuperPass is offered to those who have donated $36 or more to the current ArtsinStark campaign. The SuperPass is a wallet card with clout.  Don't have a SuperPass ... You can, with a donation of $36 or more!  Find out how

How Does it Work?

From September through June, donors are mailed a monthly postcard detailing discounts available to them by showing their SuperPass at the time of purchase.  These discount, usually a Buy One / Get One, allow you to sample the music, dance, theatre and visual art offerings in our area.  In fact, if you used used you  SuperPass to its fullest extent, the realized savings would exceed $200.

Using the SuperPass is fun and easy!  To make the most of your SuperPass, please ...

1.  Directly contact the organization (making the offer).  A phone number or website is always provided so you know who to call or contact to get your ticket or to make your reservation.

2.  Tell the Box Office that you are a SuperPass holder.

3.  Present your SuperPass at the time of purchase.

4.  Understand that all tickets and special offers are subject to availability -- so act early.

5.  Realize that there is limited seating at most events -- so act early.

6.  Have fun and try something new!

Want to have your art or the art of a friend on the SuperPass?

If you are an artist or know an artist who has some connection to Stark County and would love the exposure of his/her work to 2,500 people …  Keep reading.

Each month (from September through June) we send out the SuperPass postcard to our Fund for ArtsinStark donors of $36 or more. The cover of the card features the work of a Stark County (born, working, living) artist, while the back features the monthly discounts and a short (75 words or less) bio and contact info of the artist.

We have had work by professional artists and students.

The art needs to be saved in 300 dpi resolution as a pdf file; jpeg, etc. The size is basically 5” x 7” ; A horizontal or vertical image will work.  If you or someone you know wants to be on the upcoming cards …. Please have them (or you) contact me with their interest, art and bio.

PS … I’m always looking for good holiday (Halloween, etc.) themes as well as just darn good (fun!) art.

Grants in Action
- St. Peter's School
A sprinkle of Shakespeare, a dash of dance, a bang of the drum and a dollop of paint. These were the ingredients of a successful year of arts for one elementary school. Students, at St. Peter's, were able to experience one aspect of visual, musical or performance art throughout the school year in a special community outreach that brought area arts professionals from the Canton Symphony Orchestra, Players Guild Theatre, and 2nd April Galerie, together with students eager to experience an arts area of their interest. In fact, one outcome was the creation of the St. Peter's Theatre Company for the next school year. They are also interested in starting a spring concert series.
